An important step in our selection process is the completion of some online assessments. Below find some helpful recommendations on how to complete the first assessment as well as link to access it. Attach this to the email with your resume.
a) The profiles are not a measure of IQ and are not timed. Take your time; your first instinctive answer is typically best so do not over analyze.
b) There are three profiles to complete. They must be completed in one sitting and take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
c) The third profile asks you to rank two sets of 18 statements. Some of the statements are unusual. Do not prejudge. Simply follow the instructions.
d) In the rare event you lose internet connection while completing the profiles, you must log in again and start over until you are able to hit submit.

"Chris helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Without reservation I highly recommend him.
One of the things I liked was how he worked with us on Day One. When we initially contacted him, he said lets sit down and talk. We met with him for an hour or so as he went through what the process will be like; he walked us through a sample contract. As first time buyers, we found this very helpful. At the same time, he was interviewing us, to find out what we're really looking for.
Next, he worked around our schedule. My wife and I both have 9 to 5 jobs and we were able to schedule everything on the weekends and evenings so that we didn't have to miss work.
Chris is also the right kind of hands on realtor. I can't remember him ever commenting on the aesthetics of a house (as a buyer you know if you like the looks of something or not) but he was very helpful in pointing out the structural aspects of a house (this crack is a concern; this crack has been sealed and isn't a concern; the seal on this window has failed; this water heater was installed in 1998, it's on its last legs ... etc).
Chris is on top of technology. He was showing us one of his listings and he has a 3-D walk through. I know of the houses we looked at, none of them had this. Also if you want to handle paper contracts, he can do that. If you want things, electronic (we did) not a problem.
